Young Scholar Award

Young scholars: PhD candidates and post-docs up to 2 years after obtaining their PhD degree may apply for the EACP Young Scholar Award (provided they have not received the award previously). The intention to apply for the award must be indicated via the abstract submission system. The essay, which addresses the conference theme in up to 8,000 words, must be sent at eacp2027[at]amu.edu.pl before January 31, 2027.

Young Scholar Award (First to Third Prize) covers the cost of accommodation for the duration of the conference. Additionally, the First Prize opens the possibility of including the awarded paper in the Q1-level academic journal, Asian Studies.
